TEDDY BEAR TOSS

by Website Admin

The Utah Outliers are excited to invite you to their first Teddy Bear Toss charity game on December 14th against the Ogden Mustangs! This special night is packed with fun, charity, prizes and a free skate after the game!

The Teddy Bear Toss is a popular and entertaining event that is unique to ice hockey. It allows fans to participate during the game while giving back to our local community this holiday season. Fans are encouraged to bring a new or lightly used teddy bear to the game or buy one at the door. When the Utah Outliers score their first goal of the game, fans throw the stuffed toys onto the ice in celebration and in donation! The toys are gathered up from the ice, and in partnership with Silicon Slopes Serves, the toys will be given to underprivileged local children for the holidays.

During the intermissions there will be an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest with prizes and giveaways. There will also be a FREE skate with the Utah Outliers players immediately after the game for adults and kids!

Be sure to wear your ugliest Christmas sweaters, bring teddy bears and join us on Friday December 14th, 7PM at the Acord Ice Center in West Valley!
