Autism Awareness night

The Utah Outliers hockey team is excited to be playing for a special cause this weekend. The club will be hosting an 'Autism Awareness Night' on Friday, Feb. 25th when they play host to the Northern Colorado Eagles at 7:00 p.m. at the Acord Ice Center.

The game will benefit the Autism Council of Utah with proceeds distributed directly to their organization.

The Autism Council of Utah (ACU) is an independent council working to foster collaboration, communication, and learning among families and agencies. The organization aims to promote access to resources and responsible information for individuals of all ages who have or are affected by autism or related conditions.

Outliers players will wear themed jerseys featuring the brightly colored puzzle pieces that represent the Autism Awareness ribbon. The puzzle pattern reflects the complexity of the autism spectrum. The different colors and shapes represent the diversity of the people and families living with the condition.

The team will hold a raffle and a silent jersey auction during the game and will donate 100% of the proceeds to the Utah Council of Utah.

This will be a special night and we encourage fans to show up and support this great cause!
